How long does it take to dry?
Usually 2-4 hours depending on weather and humidity. We extract as much moisture as possible during cleaning. Leaving windows cracked or parking in sun helps it dry faster. Don't close it up tight right away.
Will you remove all stains?
We remove most stains with our extraction process, but some really old or set-in stains might lighten without disappearing completely. Permanent marker, dye transfer, and bleach stains are tough. We'll let you know what's realistic.
Can you remove smoke smell?
Deep Shampoo helps a lot with smoke smell by removing the residue from upholstery. For heavy smoke smell you might also need our Mold Reset package which includes ozone treatment that eliminates odors completely.
How is this different from Classic Interior?
Classic Interior is surface cleaning - vacuum and wipe down. Deep Shampoo includes full extraction shampooing of carpets and seats which removes deep dirt and stains. Way more intensive cleaning.
What about leather seats?
Leather gets cleaned and conditioned with proper leather products, not shampooed. We treat leather differently than cloth. If you got mixed materials we handle each appropriately.
